THE James Baroud tunnel glue kit is the specific adhesive for repairing and replacing James Baroud blind tunnels on Rooftop TentHigh-performance two-component adhesive, bonds to ripstop polyester fabric and aluminum/plastic structures. Clean, durable application, resistant to UV rays and moisture.

Two versions are available: a basic 25ml kit for spot repairs (two kits are needed to repair an entire tunnel), and a professional 50ml kit with an applicator gun for clean and durable application. The gun allows for a consistent bead of sealant and significantly reduces product waste—essential for professionals and adventurers who perform multiple repairs over time.

What is its intended use?

Repair of a detached tunnel due to wear or impact. Complete replacement of a tunnel (combined with a new sheath). Initial installation for a used blind. The 50ml spray gun kit is preferred by retailers and professional installers.

Installation and maintenance

Application time: 30 minutes per area: clean surfaces (isopropyl alcohol recommended), mix the two-component product according to instructions, apply in a continuous bead (with or without a spray gun), assemble and hold for a minimum of 5 minutes, allow 24 hours drying time before use. Store away from frost.

We also do use the pickup in the forest, with brushes and stumps on its ways. So, we decided to replace the original skid plates with something sturdier. Almont4WD skid plates are sturdier than the original, definitely! All vulnerable parts are covered, there is one plain level from front to back, with no screws sneaking and ready to be torn off.
